OUR INVESTMENT PHILOSOPHY
APPROACH: We are long term, cashflow focused, investors and generally buy to hold. We believe that as the Bay Area continues to steadily expand towards the Central Valley, there will be sustained demand for high quality, well located and managed commercial real estate.
STRATEGY: We invest in multi-tenant commercial properties, in core locations, primarily in Stanislaus and San Joaquin Counties. We are geography focused, rather than asset type focused and will invest in office, retail, industrial and multi-family properties. We buy properties that we can add value to, through repairs, improvements, leasing, and management. We bring capital to under capitalized assets. We leverage the Firm’s, and the Principal’s, deep experience to imagine a fresh property perspective, execute a property plan, and maintain that result for the long term.
