Ryan Swehla, CCIM, CPM, is passionate about creating value in commercial real estate. As the cofounder and principal of NAI Benchmark, Ryan oversees the firm’s asset and property management division. NAI Benchmark’s 2,000,000 square foot portfolio consists of retail, office, industrial, and multifamily properties throughout Northern California – giving Ryan a broad-based approach to creating value in commercial real estate.

As cofounder and principal of Graceada Partners, Ryan co-leads the company’s direct investment in commercial real estate. He deeply understands the objectives of both commercial property owners and tenants. This perspective has helped him develop compelling strategies for their commercial real estate investments and revitalized formerly challenged properties.

Ryan serves as a board member with the Downtown Modesto Partnership and is a past chair of the City of Modesto Board of Zoning Adjustment. He holds a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Manager) designation, the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Certified Property Manager (CPM) and State of California Brokers License.

Married with three children, Ryan is part of the next generation of leadership in California’s Central Valley. He is past board president of Great Valley Academy public charter school which serves 1,500+ students regionally. An avid mountaineer, Ryan has climbed Mt. Rainier and all 15 California fourteeners (mountains over 14,000 Ft) and is completing the John Muir Trail with his family. He is an active Rotarian and Eagle Scout.
