Joe combines a deep understanding of commercial real estate market fundamentals and financial analysis, coupled with a wealth of Northern California relationships, to create maximum value for his clients and partners.

Joe has completed more than $100 million in commercial real estate sales transactions and the firm currently manages nearly $300 million worth of Northern California commercial real estate.

Joe personally invests in commercial real estate and has participated as an owner in more than 350,000 square feet of commercial real estate. He enjoys bringing multiple real estate disciplines together (management, brokerage, leasing, ownership, financing) to solve complex real estate challenges.

Joe holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) real estate designation and a State of California Real Estate Broker’s License.  He is also a current Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) CPM candidate.  He holds a Graduate Certificate in Management from Harvard University, Extension School and a Bachelors Degree from California State University, Stanislaus.

Joe previously served a four year term on the Modesto City Council and two years on the Stanislaus Council of Governments. He has twice served as the President of the California State University, Stanislaus, College of Business Administration Board and taught at the College for three years as an Adjunct Lecturer in Marketing. He is a current member of the Sacramento chapter of EO (Entrepreneurs Organization), the City of Modesto Downtown Improvement District, and the Modesto Rotary Club.  He is married with two kids and has enjoyed traveling in 33 countries on five continents.
